Can I change plans as my business grows?
Yes. Pimento is designed to scale with you. You can upgrade at any time and your existing data, integrations and settings come with you.
What happens if I exceed my monthly shipment allowance?
Each plan includes a set number of shipments per month. If you go over, you're charged a small per-shipment fee — 5p on Starter, 3p on Growth and 2p on Scale. There are no surprise lockouts.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes. Paying annually saves you up to 20% compared to monthly billing. You can toggle between monthly and annual pricing on this page to see the difference.
Are users and integrations included in all plans?
Yes. Every Pimento plan includes unlimited users, unlimited integrations and unlimited couriers. You're not penalised for growing your team or connecting more channels.
What's included in the 3PL plan?
The 3PL plan is priced on application and built for enterprise and 3PL providers that need custom solutions. It includes everything in Scale plus dedicated support, auto-billing and invoicing, multi-warehouse support and tailored onboarding.
Do you offer a free trial?
