Using Tags on Orders (Why They Matter and How to Use Them)

What are Tags?

Tags are labels you can apply to orders to help organise and categorise them.

Why Use Tags?

 Tags help you:


  • Group similar orders

  • Filter orders quickly

  • Identify priority or special handling


Examples:


  • Priority

  • Wholesale

  • Returns

  • VIP

How to Use Tags

 When creating or editing an order:


  • Enter a tag

  • Click Add Tag


Tags can then be used in filters on the Orders page.

Important Notes

  • Tags do not affect fulfillment directly

  • They are used for organisation and visibility
