Uploading a CSV File (Step 1: Preparing Your Data)

What is a CSV File?

 A CSV file is a structured file used to store order data in rows and columns.

Preparing Your File

 Before uploading:


• Ensure all required fields are included
• Use the correct column headers
• Follow the template format where possible


You can: • Download and use the Pimento template • Or upload your own correctly structured file

Uploading the File

 To upload:

  • Click “Choose file”

  • Select your CSV

  • Confirm if orders are B2B (if applicable)

Important Notes

  • Incorrect formatting may cause mapping or processing errors

  • Missing required fields may result in On Hold orders
