How to Create an ASN
Creating an ASN
To create an ASN:
• Navigate to Send Inventory → Create ASN
Enter the required shipment details
Adding Items
Add products to the ASN:
• Select SKU(s)
• Enter quantities
This defines what is being sent.
Setting Shipment Details
Provide additional details such as:
• ETA
• Shipment type (e.g. pallet, parcel)
• Service level
These help the warehouse prepare for arrival.
Submitting the ASN
Once complete:
• Submit the ASN
It will then appear in the Send Inventory list for tracking.
Important Notes
• Ensure all information is accurate before submission
• Missing details may delay processing
• ASNs should be created before shipment is sent
• Quantities must match actual shipment contents
