Enabling Packaging
To enable a packaging option:
• Locate the packaging in the Packaging Page
• Toggle Enabled on
This makes the packaging available for use
Disabling Packaging
To disable a packaging option:
• Toggle Enabled off
This prevents it from being used in fulfilment while keeping it in the system
Using Auto Allocation
Auto allocation allows Pimento to automatically assign packaging.
To enable:
• Toggle Auto Allocate on
This allows the system to:
• Select packaging automatically based on configuration
If disabled:
• Packaging must be chosen manually

Packaging selection depends on:
• Product size and dimensions
• Available packaging options
• System configuration
Correct setup ensures efficient and accurate fulfilment
